I am a Salesforce developer based in Kuala Lumpur, focused on building practical systems that hold up in real teams and real production environments. My work has covered managed packages, Salesforce architecture, Apex, LWC, Aura, Flow, integrations, deployment workflows, and the tooling needed to keep delivery reliable.

Over the years I have worked across product engineering, consulting, administration, and technical leadership roles. My recent work at The Access Group centers on managed package development for the Australian accounting industry, while earlier roles at Telcowin Sdn Berhad, Accenture, Dell Technologies, and Telekom Malaysia USA (TMUSA) Inc. gave me experience across Service Cloud implementations, analytics, integrations, release processes, and Salesforce operations at scale.
